We are seeking a talented BIM / REVIT Designer to join our Team!

The BIM / REVIT Designer will be a professional, upbeat, energetic person that takes initiative, is dependable and takes pride in work.

​

The Primary function requires the ability to develop and create Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering construction documents for Educational, Healthcare, Aviation and Commercial Projects.

Duties & Responsibilities:

​

• Understand and prepare floor plans and part plans, symbol lists and notes pages

• Prepare and develop engineering risers and block diagrams

• Create MEP Interior and schematic design plans

• Create MEP equipment floor plans, layouts and elevations

• Create HVAC plans

• Create Electrical Lighting plans and reflected ceiling plans

• Create Fire Protection/Sprinkler Plans

• Create Plumbing Plans

• Create MEP Equipment room layouts

• Create MEP Design Documents

• Create MEP Construction Documents

• Create MEP 3D models

• Coordinate drawings and designs with other disciplines

• Work on multiple projects, meet project budgets and schedules

Education & Experience:

​

• Associate's or equivalent technical degree or certificate of completion from an accredited designer/drafter course (Autodesk Certification or equivalent) is preferred

• 12+ years of relevant design/drafting experience, with specific Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection experience in construction projects.

• 5+ years’ experience using REVIT
